Parking is included for our registered guests. No valet or garage parking is available.
Our third-party platforms offer military and senior discounts upon providing documentation of military service. In addition, our front desk will be able to provide you with our club rate for veterans with identification. For more details call directly to inquire.
We permit 2 adults and 1 minor or 1 adult and 2 children.
Breakfast is not included with your stay. However, breakfast, lunch, and dinner is served throughout the day at Hot Plate Eatery, which is our restaurant on property.
- 72 Hours Notice for Partial Refund or Credit applied to a future stay. Guests will be responsible for the first day.
- 24 Hour Notice for a full credit to rebook at a later date (except in the case of sickness, extreme weather or hardship, please contact management).
- No shows will be billed at the full rate for your entire reservation.
- Credit cards on file for reservations must match the guest’s government issued identification. For security reasons, guests must present the same credit card upon check in.
No smoking or vaping in any rooms. Smoking is relegated to outdoors only.
Pet Deposit is $300 Non-Refundable per pet and Pet Rent is $15 per month per pet. Pet Addendum must be signed and shot records required. Can be waived with proper ESA documentation.
Mail and packages can be sent to The Residences of Windsor at 3501 E Independence Blvd, Charlotte, NC, 28205 and will be held by our front desk staff. Packages may be picked up during business hours. If not picked up within one week it is returned to sender.
