Parking is included for our registered guests. No valet or garage parking is available.
We permit 2 adults and 1 minor or 1 adult and 2 children.
No smoking or vaping in any rooms. Smoking is relegated to outdoors only.
Pet Deposit is $300 Non-Refundable per pet and Pet Rent is $15 per month per pet. Pet Addendum must be signed and shot records required. Can be waived with proper ESA documentation.
Mail and packages can be sent to The Residences of Windsor at 3501 E Independence Blvd, Charlotte, NC, 28205 and will be held by our front desk staff. Packages may be picked up during business hours. If not picked up within one week it is returned to sender.
